Sponsorship Tiers:

1. Elite Sponsor // $10,000

   • One (1) vendor table in a preferred location in our exhibit hall with 2 chairs.

   • Five (5) entry tickets into the conference.

   • Breakfast and Lunch.

   • 1- full-page ad in our Program and program recognition as an Elite Sponsor.

   • Option to provide Speaker for a 50-minute presentation at the noon hour

2. Diamond Sponsor // $7,500

   • One (1) vendor table in apreferred location in our exhibithall with 2 chairs.

   • Three (3) entry tickets into theconference.

   • Breakfast and Lunch.

   • 1/2-page ad in our Program and program recognition as a Diamond Sponsor.

   • Option to provide Speaker for a 30-minute pre- conference presentation

3. Platinum Sponsor // $5,000

   • One (1) vendor table in a preferred location in our exhibit hall with 2 chairs.

   • Two (2) entry tickets into conference.

   • ¼ page ad in our Program and Program recognition as a Platinum Sponsor.

   • Option to provide a 5-minute commercial message during one of our breaks

   • 10 Students

7. Headshot Zone // $2,500

   • Presenters and attendees always need a new headshot done by professional photographers, and you can help them get it!

     • One (1) free full conference registration is included so your company’s representative can make sure the line flows smoothly, all the while talking to nurses standing in line.

     • Your company logo on signage indicating you are the sponsor of the Headshot Zone.

     • Sponsor responsible for bringing in photographer and supplies.

8. Mariachi // $2,000

   • Celebrate our Hispanic Heritage with Mariachi’s during the Festival of Chapters Parade at the beginning of our conference and during our cocktail hour immediately after the conference for one (1) hour.
