Scholarship Gala

JOIN US at our annual gala at Quiet Cannon on Friday, December 1, 2023. The purpose of this event is to recognize and celebrate with scholarship recipients, graduates and volunteers of LA NAHN their accomplishments and future goals. In addition we are recognizing our distinguished sponsors that have consistently supported activities alongside NAHN/LA with the Hispanic/Latino Community.

When will the applications open?

We are currently working on getting things together for you to apply. Please check back soon for when the applications open.

We will also be sending out e-mails to our LA NAHN members very soon!

Who can apply for the Scholarship and what do I need?

LA NAHN MEMBERS ONLY

You must be an LA NAHN Member with good standing for 6 months before your application deadline

Students

Currently attending/enrolled in an accredited full-time nursing program (this is a requirement for the duration of funding for the scholarship)

Submit all necessary documents

CV/Resume
Two letters of recommendation from (SON) faculty members
Personal statement
Essay (500-1000 words)
Statement of financial need
